經諮詢評估後確定手術項目、部位及費用後，專人將為您安排與醫生面談門診時間，以及您需要的手術日期，同時專人會提供匯款帳號等資料，請您先支付手術訂金以保留手術日期與後續流程安排，剩餘費用請於手術前或手術當天付清，現場接受現金或信用卡，費用之匯率換算依交易當日台灣銀行牌告匯率為基準。

我們接受新台幣(NTD)，也接受刷信用卡支付的方式來完成付款，刷卡費用之匯率換算依入帳當日台灣銀行牌告匯率為基準，如需瞭解匯款轉帳資料，請來信詢問 service@facharming.com。

After consultation and assessment to confirm the surgical procedure, targeted area, and associated costs. Our customer service will arrange an appointment with doctor and you can discuss the surgery date and necessary details.We will also provide information about bank account for the deposit. You need to make the surgery deposit to secure the date and proceed with the subsequent arrangements. The remaining balance should be settled before or on the day of the surgery. We accept cash or credit cards on-site, with the exchange rate based on the Bank of Taiwan's selling rate on the transaction day.

【About deposit payment】

Our clinic accepts NTD payment, also accepts overseas wire transfer, the exchange rate of expense converts will be based on the trade of the date the Bank of Taiwan sues!

刷信用卡支付的訂金確認入帳後，將會安排您的專屬人員透過通訊軟體(Line、Wechat、 WhatsAPP )與您聯繫，再次確認訂金入帳費用，並為您安排手術日期及與醫師諮詢門診時間等。

眼部手術會建議您可停留台灣天數為7-8天，包含術前檢查、手術、拆線等回診，觀察是否有其餘問題，後續會由專人幫您安排視訊回診。

抽脂、隆鼻、隆乳等其他手術則會建議您停留台灣天數至少1-2週，包含術前檢查、手術、拆線等回診，觀察是否有其餘問題，沒什麼問題即能搭機回國，後續會由專人幫您安排視訊回診。

After confirming the deposit payment through credit card, our customer service will contact you via messaging applications such as Line, WeChat, or WhatsApp to reconfirm the deposit payment, and finalize the surgery date, schedule a consultation time with the doctor.

For eye surgery is recommended for a stay in Taiwan for 7-8 days. The first day is the surgery day, and the subsequent 7 days are for follow-up visits, including check-ups and suture removal, and also to observe for any potential issues.

For other surgeries such as liposuction, breast augmentation, and other procedures, a stay of 1-2 weeks in Taiwan is advised. This extended period allows for postoperative care, including suture removal, wound care, and monitoring the recovery process. Diagnostic appointments are scheduled for the first and second weeks after surgery, with a confirmation visit in the third week. If there are no complications, patients can then fly back to their home country.

抵達台灣後，請依照您的服務人員為您安排的門診面談時間，至診所與醫生當面面談及溝通，並由醫護人員會為您進行抽血等檢查，以及詳細說明手術前後需知與注意事項等。

Upon arriving in Taiwan, please follow the outpatient consultation schedule to attend the clinic for a face-to-face meeting and communication with the doctor. Media personnel will conduct blood tests and provide detailed explanations regarding pre and post-operative instructions and precautions.

▪ 必要時，請於手術前8個小時不能進食(包括飲水)。
▪ 手術前1週請開始停止服用感冒藥、荷爾蒙劑、各種補藥等。藥物的特殊副作用及必須服用的藥應事先主動告知醫護人員。
▪ 臨近手術出現重感冒症狀或呼吸系統異常時，請務必主動告知，醫師會根據情況評估是否可能延後手術。
▪ 若過去曾患疾病或目前患有的疾病事宜(貧血、血液凝固障礙、肝炎、結核、氣喘、心臟病、糖尿病、神經精神科疾病及異常等)、住院及手術經歷、藥物過敏、目前服用的藥物等，請務必主動告知醫護人員。
▪ 手術前後請盡量避免吸菸、喝酒、吸二手煙並作息正常，有助於術後恢復。

▪ If necessary, refrain from eating (including drinking water) for 8 hours before the surgery.

▪ One week before the surgery, please cease the intake of cold medicine, hormonal agents, and various supplements. Please also inform our medical personnel in advance of any specific side effects or necessary medications.

▪ In the event of severe cold symptoms or respiratory abnormalities close to the surgery date , please notify us promptly . The doctor will assess the situation to determine if the surgery should be postponed.

▪ Please do provide information on any past or current medical conditions (anemia, blood clotting disorders, hepatitis, tuberculosis, asthma, heart disease, diabetes, neurological or psychiatric disorders, etc.), hospitalizations, surgical history, drug allergies, and current medications to our medial personnel.

術後請依照醫生及醫護人員的囑咐叮嚀，並遵循診所為您安排的回診所時間回診。若術後有任何疑問，請立即回診或與醫護人員聯絡。

After the surgery , please follow the instructions and advice provided by the doctor and media personnel. Attend the follow-up appointments scheduled by the clinic. If you have any concerns or questions postoperatively, please return for a check-up immediately or contact the media personnel.

手術後返國時，如有需要開立證明，以便移民局確認身分使用，診所可協助開立。 返國後可透過E-mail、Line、微信(Wechat)與WhatsAPP進行術後追蹤照護，有任何術後問題歡迎隨時與您的服務人員或診所聯絡。

When returning to your home country after the surgery, if you require any certificates for identity verification by immigration authorities, the clinic can assist in issuing them. After returning home, you can engage in postoperative follow-up care through E-mail, Line, WeChat, and WhatsApp. Feel free to contact your customer service or the clinicat any time if you have any postoperative questions or concerns.
